How we price our work

Prices are calculated by size and specifications. A estimates price can be given at the visit. Cost is evaluated per square metre.

Floor Sanding Services

Our Prices

Sanding only - from £16 per m2 (depending of condition)
Sanding and 3 coats of lacquer - from £22 per m2
Sanding and 2 coats of Hardwax oil - from £22 per m2 (Osmo or Blanchon)
Staining - £6 per m2
Stairs - from £50 per step
Gap Filling (sawdust with Resin) - £6 per m2
Reclaimed Floorboards changed - £20 per linear meter

Maintaining services

- Buff and 1 coat of lacquer or Hardwax oil (Osmo or Blanchon) - £10 per m2

Minimum charge is £400.

All Prices including labour and materials.

No VAT will be charged.

Payment due on day of completion job. For a large job we will ask for a deposit as a part-payment.
